On an average you have to spend a minimum of RM 30 ( INR 510) to have a validity of 1 month.
Monthly data plans can cost you a minimum of RM 25 per month (INR 425).

Thus, Cost of Living in Malaysia for Indians in terms of maintaining a cell connection is higher when compared to India where local call charges are less than INR 1 and you have low cost monthly calls and data plans for as low as INR 100.
